Three Rivers Health is a 60-bed, multi-specialty, community-owned, non-profit regional medical center in southwest Michigan that also offers home care, hospice and a comprehensive wellness facility. Five years ago, Three Rivers was operating in the red and lacked visibility and insights to properly diagnose and address its challenges.
