Sentry’s Executive Chairman of the Board, John Randazzo, has more than 30 years’ experience within the healthcare and technology fields. In prior positions, John served as CEO for a variety of organizations within the healthcare industry, including an urgent care network, a Medicare Advantage Health Maintenance Organization, a Web-based employee benefits management system, a services-based physician practice management organization, and a specialty healthcare provider. In addition, he held an executive position at a global health services company and consulted for the healthcare division of a global private equity firm. He holds a Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia University.
Board member Fadi Chehadé is a partner at ABRY partners. He currently serves as a senior advisor to the Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum. He’s also the founder, chairman and CEO of Chehadé & Company, as well as a fellow at both Harvard’s and Oxford’s schools of government and Executive Chairman of Vocado LLC. In addition to previously leading ICANN, the global authority managing the internet’s logical infrastructure, as its former president and CEO, Mr. Chehadé has also founded several companies in the digital space, including Viacore which was acquired by IBM in 2006, and RosettaNet, an IT Industry Coalition establishing pioneering standards for eBusiness. Prior to that, Mr. Chehadé held corporate positions at AT&T, Ingram and most recently, General Manager of IBM Global Technology Services in the Middle East and Africa. He received an M.S. in Engineering Management from Stanford University and a B.S. in Computer Science summa cum laude from New York University’s Polytechnic.
Board member TJ Rose is a principal at ABRY Partners. Prior to joining ABRY, he was involved in a number of platform buyouts in the healthcare services and business services industries as a vice president at Audax Group Private Equity. He has also served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and an Associate at Goldman Sachs Capital Partners. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Board member Brent Stone has been involved in a variety of media, information and business services investments and financings as a partner at ABRY Partners. His areas of focus have included insurance services, education, motion picture production and entertainment. Prior to joining ABRY, he worked for several investment banks, including Credit Suisse First Boston, Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette and Chase Securities. He is a graduate of Cornell University.
Rob Nicewicz joined ABRY in 2009 from the Technology, Telecom & Digital Media group of Harris Williams & Co. He graduated magna cum laude from Babson College.
