Sentry undergoes annual SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3 audits to ensure that you feel comfortable with the security and privacy controls we have in place to guard your data. These examinations are conducted by a third-party CPA and result in detailed reports of the auditors’ findings.
SOC 1 (SSAE 16) report
Sentry completed a SOC 1 (SSAE 16) examination for the time period of January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017, marking the fifth year that Sentry has completed the SOC 1. The SOC 1 details the controls in place at Sentry relevant to financial reporting, and is available upon request to Sentinel and Sentrex customer organizations and their independent auditors, subject to completion of a non-disclosure agreement. SOC 2 report
Sentry completed a SOC 2 examination for the time period of January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017. The SOC 2 Report details the controls in place at Sentry relevant to the security, availability and processing integrity of the system, and addresses the confidentiality and privacy of information processed by the system. The SOC 2 Report is available upon request to Sentinel, Sentrex and DataNext customer organizations and their independent auditors, subject to completion of a non-disclosure agreement. SOC 3 report
Sentry is the first vendor in the 340B space to complete a Service Organization Control 3SM examination, which states that Sentry’s management maintained effective controls over the availability, security, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of its SaaS-based SentinelTM, SentrexTM and DataNext® solutions for the time period of January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017.
