We will soon enter into our third year as a Sentry Data Systems customer, and we are extremely well pleased with the Sentrex product as well as the level of support and commitment we’ve received from our colleagues at Sentry. Sometimes a vendor forgets about you once you’ve signed a contract. Sentry views the signing of a contract as the beginning of a partnership.

When we first engaged Sentry, we were 340B novices. The Sentry staff took the time to explain the basics of 340B to us, always pointing out the importance of compliance to the federal statutes, rules and guidelines. They were integral in assisting us with locating contract pharmacies, as well as being continuous partners in educating our pharmacies. Sentry even provided draft marketing materials for us so we would have a head start in promoting the program tour patients.

To date, SVCMC has generated significant savings for our patients as well as much needed new revenues for our organization. Our 340B program would not be where it is today if we had not worked with Sentry.

I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to implement a 340B program.
