In May 2006, Mercy Professional Pharmacy became involved with the 340B program. When undertaking this task, we were faced with numerous challenges. Amongst these were our concern to remain compliant with 340B rules and regulations, while continuing to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction to our patients.
We are an extremely busy retail pharmacy, servicing many walk-in patients as well as participants of numerous other pharmacy programs. Without the help of Sentry, we would not have been successful in this endeavor. The staff at Sentry has been key to our success, providing us with useful insight on how to operate the program and keeping us informed of any changes to the 340B program.
