SOC 3 Report
Sentry is the first vendor in the 340B space to complete a Service Organization Control 3SM examination, which states that Sentry’s management maintained effective controls over the availability, security, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of its SaaS-based SentinelTM and SentrexTM solutions for the time period of January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. SSAE 16 SOC 1 Report
Sentry completed an SSAE 16 SOC 1 examination for the time period of January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013, marking the third year that Sentry has completed the SOC 1. The SOC 1 details the controls in place at Sentry relevant to financial reporting, and is available upon request to Sentinel and Sentrex customer organizations and their independent auditors, subject to completion of a non-disclosure agreement.
