OPA To Accept Online Entity Registration Change Requests

The Office of Pharmacy Affairs (OPA) recently published updated information about change requests for Covered Entities registered with OPA for 340B.
Starting August 13, 2012, OPA is allowing online information change requests from entities registered in its 340B database.
It is key to keep OPA informed of any name, address, contact information or Medicaid billing changes for an entity, and Sentry encourages our customers to review the full posting on OPA’s site: http://www.hrsa.gov/opa/
